This is a Contract Agreement with Eyehunter Guide Service and the Hunter/Hunters named above. I agree to Eyehunter Guide Service Rules and Regulations as well as the Ohio Division of Wildlife Laws and Regulations pertaining to Ohio. We understand that Hunt deposits are Non-Refundable, all terms are binding, and that we have read and understand contract required of Eyehunter Guide Service. We also understand that we must submit all deposits in Certified Check, Money Order or Credit card with paypal with our Contract to Hunt. This is free range hunting and we understand there are no guarantees to our hunting success expressed or implied in any manner. We understand that once we check in and have paid our balance, the fee is non-refundable. I understand that if I violate the Rules and Regulations of Eyehunter Guide Service or Ohio Game Laws and Regulations that I will forfeit all moneys received by Eyehunter Guide Service and subject to the Laws and Penalties of Ohio, waive and release Eyehunter Guide Service, affiliates and partners of any legal action, civil or of any type. Ohio serves as Jurisdictional State.
