WE RECOGNIZE THAT NOT EVERYONE WANTS A GUIDED HUNT!  

SELF GUIDED HUNTS WITH CAMP SETTINGS PROVIDED THAT HAVE BEEN SCOUTED AND PREPARED FOR YOUR HUNT! 

TAKE A STEP BACK IN THE TIMES OF THE OLD WEST OUTFITTER WITH DROP CAMPS IN THE BEST LOCATIONS IN SE OHIO COUNTIES.

 

Our drop camps are set up for your hunting experience ahead of time.  On leases of a minimum of 150 Acres, these drop camps provide not only a great place to hunt, but provide the opportunity that makes the best of your hunting time and experience.  The leases are already scouted and maps provided, documenting hot spots to start your hunt out right.  Camps are set up for 3 to 4 hunters.  Tents are roomy with beds and wood stove for heat with the firewood cut and provided.

Note...NO FIREWOOD TO BE BROUGHT IN OR CUT WHILE ON SITE.  STATE LAW

  • Portable Toilet facility

  • A minimum of 150 Scouted, quality Whitetail Acres to hunt...exact acreage  would be specified in the contract for self guided hunt.

  • Beds, as in the pictures

What we DON NOT provide:

  • Generator for power

  • Bedding...blankets, pillows, sleeping bag etc.

  • Your personal food and meals

  • *You provide your own stands...

Note...tree stand installation can be of portable lock on style but no drilling or screwing of tree steps into any trees.  All climbing products must be of the type that can be strapped onto the tree...NO TREE STEPS that require the penetration of the tree trunk ( or you buy that log )

  • Toiletry and personal hygiene products 

  • Coolers for keeping perishables cold

  • Coolers for Icing of harvested game

RATES FOR SELF GUIDED HUNTS...  2008 ( UP TO 4 HUNTERS )      

RATES ARE BASED ON PER WEEK BASIS...NOT PER DAY OR HUNTERS THAT WILL ATTEND THE HUNT.  HUNTERS ARRIVE MONDAY IN THE AM AND HUNT THROUGH SATURDAY 11:AM.  MUST BE CHECKED OUT BY 1:OO PM

OCTOBER...3200.00

NOVEMBER RUT ARCHERY...3600.00

 MODERN FIREARMS, DECEMBER 1 - 6, 2008...3800.00

*TWO DAY EXTENDED FIREARMS, DECEMBER 20-21, 2008...2000.00

Note...hunters may arrive on Friday after 12 noon to settle in and prepare for the weekend hunting.  Check out is no later than Monday the 22nd by 10:00 AM

*LATE MUZZLELOADER, DECEMBER 27-30, 2008...3200.00

Note...Hunters may arrive on Friday December 26 after 12:00 noon and checkout is no later than 10 am on the 31st.

CONTRACTED RESERVATIONS GUARANTEES YOUR HUNTING SPOT TO BE LOCKED IN....PAYMENT FOR ALL SELF GUIDED HUNTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL WITHIN 6 DAYS OF THE CONTRACTED RESERVATIONS AND ONCE CONTRACTED IS NON-REFUNDABLE...NO EXCEPTIONS!
