do you offer? Lodging is a
full service facility including washer &
dryer, cable television, pool table and dart
board. Full Kitchen and Bath.
Sleeps 6 with 2 hunters per room.

Do you hunt all
methods of the season? Yes we
do hunt all methods of the season.
Archery, Crossbow, Firearms and Muzzle
loader.

How long is your
firearms season? Our Firearms
season is a 6 night 5 days hunt and the
season is only one week long. We do
also have a 2 day Firearms Season.

What is legal for
Firearms in Ohio? Here in Ohio
you can use any shotgun up from 410 gauge
and also certain Hand Guns. Muzzle
loaders can be scoped.

What is your success
rate? Our success rate ranges
around 33%. There are many variables
to pertain to success rates and we can
discuss them in detail. Success
depends on class of whitetails your willing
to harvest.

Are there hidden fees
or a trophy fee? We have no
trophy fee or hidden cost. The cost of
hunts is outlined clearly. The only
additional fee would be for travel to and
from airports or game processing, taxidermy
or expenses above and beyond your hunt.

Are there any Antler
restrictions? We have both
restricted lease harvest and non-restricted
lease harvest that can be determined at the
time you book your hunt or discussed while
asking your questions about hunts.

What class of Buck can
we expect to see? Class of
Bucks will vary. Hunters can
reasonably expect to see bucks that score
from 100 to 150 inches. There is
potential for great bucks but one should
keep in mind its free range and monster
bucks are not the norm, or they wouldn't be
such big news.

How many deer can we
expect to see daily? As with
any free range hunting situation, they
hunting can vary. When conditions are
right one could expect to see whitetails on
most daily hunts but if conditions go bad,
the deer can lock up and not move all day.
It is true free range hunting.

What do your rates
include? Rates include two
meals a day, lodging and transportation to
and from hunting locations.

How long are your
hunts? Most hunts are 6 night,
5 day hunts. We do have several 2-3
days options available.

Do you offer self
guided hunts? Yes we do offer
a minimal amount of self guided hunts to our
customers.

How long have you
guided hunts? I have been
guiding hunts since 1987.

Can we harvest a doe?
We do allow for a number of Doe to be
harvested annually. We work with the
local DNR and often our heard numbers allow
for the harvest to effectively manage for
good herds and buck to doe ratio.

Do you have tree
stands in place? We do provide
ladder stands for our hunters. We also
encourage the hunter to bring a climber with
them to add more flexibility in the hunt and
hunting locations. Every hunter hunts
different and it will allow for us to
accommodate every hunters tree location
preference.

What is your deposit
policy? We require a
non-refundable 50% deposit for all hunts,
due within 6 days of reserving the hunt.
If the deposit is not received in 6 days the
hunt will go back on the market for other
serious hunters.

Yes we are fully insured.
