( limited entry). This Co-op lease is for a
period of 3 years on land we own, we do not lease this 1200.00
Acres. We own it! It is a 20.00 per acre fee, and it is one time
payment for 3 - 5 years. Not 20.00 per acre per year, but 3 years
and 4 hunters Max paying a single one time payment for the three
years. The reason why is we want the same 4, quality minded,
responsible hunters each year in this Co-operative Lease. The fee
is 24,000.00 which is 6000.00 per hunter and 2000.00 a year for the
lease.
There is a Co-op available with this lease if
its chosen for 5 years at 25.00 per acre, 4 hunters max, that will
also provide a return annually on the investment the 2nd - 5th year
of 3%. NO LEASE pays returns but this one does!

whitetail and turkey at their highest potential.
All
leases, whether weekly or annually, require that a full log of
harvest and wildlife be documented and reported to the lease Agent
after every lease term. Report forms will be provided so that
we may enhance your lease to better suit your needs. Photos of
harvest are also to be provided to the lease Agent for our records.
